MORELAND REFORESTATION FACTS

º Since 1975 we have planted over 4,300,000 seedlings in the North of Brazil
º Currently we have four (4) sustainable forest management projects
º Member of the Certified Wood Purchases Group (Brazil). A Friends of the Earth NGO initiative.
º Received the year 2000 National Ecology Award from the Brazilian Industry National Confederation (CNI) for using wood residue from plywood processing, cereal, peeling and animal waste to produce 400 tons of organic fertilizer per month. This is applied to the reforestation projects to improve soil and growing conditions.
