This letter confirms our position about Ultraply Premium Underlayment when used with Domco resilient sheet vinyl.

The performance of Ultraply has proven to be an acceptable underlayment for Domco resilient sheet vinyl products.

A recommendation by Domco for a specific use of an underlayment panel with Domco resilient flooring should not be construed as a Domco warranty for the underlayment involved. Regardless of the type of underlayment, the responsibility for warranties and/or performance guarantees for the underlayment rests with the manufacturer of the underlayment and not with Domco.
